Found this short film on one of the soccer blogs I read, it is a little over 9 minutes long but is well worth watching. A very good expression of the cliched "beautiful game".
The team is actually from the same region as Barcelona, the best team in the world. Unfortunately none of these little kids will probably make it anywhere near that team.
